It securely holds most bottles or single use vials and 24 holes adjust to any eye! Watch video below. Look at the Glaucoma Research Foundation and American Academy of Ophthalmology websites for further information about Closed Eye Method.
Hi, Dr Lipchak here. I started using the Closed Eye Method to put eyedrops in after well-meaning parents injured their 5-year-old while forcing drops in. I find it’s easier, safer and more comfortable.

HOW CAN MY EYE DROPS WORK BETTER?
Dr. Lipchak: Your Eyelid acts Like a Windshield Wiper and the Drop is Blinked Away too Quickly. It's Best with any Drop to Close the Eye for 2-3 Minutes AFTER You put a Drop in. Need Time to let the Drop Absorb, especially Moisturizers. Ask Your Eye Doctor.

HOW DO YOU USE OVERNIGHT DROPS?
Dr. Lipchak: For My Dry Eyes I Lock a Bottle of Gel Type Moisurizing Drops into Each Side of the Eye Drop Hero (EDH) at Bedtime using the Strap (See Picture). Before Sleeping and Anytime I Wake Up During the Night (Alarm?), I put the EDH on my Face, Squeeze the Preloaded Drops into Each Eye (Takes Seconds) and go Back to Sleep. I Don't Turn on the Lights, and Since I'm Not Blinking the Drops have Time to Absorb. I Keep It Bedside in a Clean Ziplock Bag. Now I Don't Need Drops During the Day
